I went with a group of classmates and the food was amazing! Our menu was showcasing Dutch-Indonesian cuisine and I got to experience an ocean of flavors that are reminiscent of my Jamaican mother's cooking. It is also vegan and vegetarian friendly, but as a person who does eat meat, I was not missing those flavors. Definitely a restaurant you need to check out if you visit Copenhagen!

I've been a customer of The Caribbean Housewife for many years and love the beautifully presented, creative vegan food on the ever changing menu. The pop-up dinners at various locations are always a wonderful experience, as well. Not to mention the great natural wine pairings!

Vi bestilte catering fra The Caribbean Housewife til stor fødselsdagsfest sidste weekend. Vi havde 70 gæster, som alle var begejstrede og blev mætte. Maden var fantastisk, og Jamain var super hjælpsom og forstående under planlægningen af eventet. Og så var det ovenikøbet en super fin pris. Vi vil helt klart anbefale The Caribbean Housewife til alle der skal servere noget for deres gæster i fremtiden.

Wer da nicht hin geht ist selber schuld. Top Qualität super Geschmack. Klar kann man Currywurst Pommes überall essen. Aber hier ist die Qualität und die Produkte einzigartig. An alle hungrigen Gäste probiert auch mal die andern Saucen aus, nicht nur Majo und Ketchup.Die Frühlingsmajo ist für mich auf einer Skala von 0 bis 10 bei 200. Auf der Liste steht bei mir aber auch ganz hoch im Kurs das super zarte selbstgemachte Schaschlik.

Awesome food. We tried a few different dishes and want to go back for more. I was especially glad that they had pão de queijo and a dessert with plantains. The service was also great, very friendly and attentive.

Amazing food with great vegetarian options, amazing location, and a chef/owner who is gracious, welcoming, and passionate about her work! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Virkelig lækker mad. Vi bestilte mcncheese og Jerk chicken igennem wolt. Store portioner, pænt anrettet og virkelig nogle lækre smage. De skrev lige så snart at maden blev hentet af wolt buddet. Bestiller helt klart her igen.

Ich habe noch nie hier im Norden so geile Fritten und so eine hammergeile Currywurst gegessen , das Personal ist über aus freundlich und die Preise sind total angemessen , ihr seit wirklich einzigartig weiter so und wir nehmen den Weg gerne in Kauf zu euch .

Watched the chef itch their backside, pick their nose and handle the food!!! Sadly this was after we had eaten. The Houswife herself is pretty arrogant and pushy pressuring people to leave good reviews, she also had poor personal hygiene (bad breath,odor etc), which really isnt very comforting given how we saw the chef behave. The food itself was also pretty boring and very tiny portion sizes, pretty expensive all things considered. I would very much stay away, the other reviews are from people pressured/bullied into leaving them. its a con!Her response to this review is pretty out there too. Im not sure who she is talking about, but its not me thats for sure. I went to the last dinner and this is what I witnessed. She also accuses other negative reviewers of bullying for some strange reason. Even more reason to stay away.
