Our connecting flight was changed so that we needed to spend the night in Copenhagen. We wanted to see the old center, so we found the hotel online. We were very pleased at the location. The walk into the hotel is enchanting. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price paid the capsule was fine. The mattress and bedding was clean and comfortable. The shared toilet / shower room was clean. We are an older couple and found our experience lovely. Made us feel young again.

Worst place to stay in Copenhagen, AVOID this place, full of weird people around…. 0% safely.I've been stolen in this place during my stay. someone stole my wallet with 300€ of my jacket hanged beside my bed. nowhere to kept your things. Dirt toilets and no kitchen aroud the property, also not allowed to use the tables near the reception to eat at least.

You will not get any sleep here, at all - the pods have non-functioning ventilation. Even when the room is cool, the pod temperature reaches 40 degrees. You will be dizzy in the morning, because the CO2 concentration rises very quickly without the ventilation. The lights in the room are left on all night and are super bright - if you open the pod door to get some air, you will not be able to sleep at all. The beeping of the keypads is audible even through the closed pod door and earplugs. When you request a room change, or to cancel the reservation so that you can move to a different hotel, the staff will just ignore your requests.

Tek başıma seyahatimde bir gece kaldım. Üst kapsülde kalanların gece boyunca bir içeri bir dışarı çıkması dışında otelde rahatsız edici bir ses yoktu. Kaldığım kapsül temizdi. Tuvalette temizdi ancak havalandırma yetersizdi. Yinede bence dinlenmek için çok hoş bir yerdi ve benim için güzel bir deneyim oldu.

Nedoporučuji. Rezervovali jsme na 2 dny, pote změnili na tri. Při příjezdu nas ujistili, ze rezervace spoji, abychom nemuseli nic řešit. Neudělali to, změnilo se nám heslo ke kapsli a večer jsme se málem nedostali dovnitř. Wifi byla 2 dny funkční ve VELMI špatném stavu, posledni den nebyla funkční vůbec. Záchody a koupelny špatně uklizene, někdy zde nebyl toaletní papir, papírové ručníky zde nebyly nikdy. Personál nam 3x slibil, ze je okamžitě doplní, lhal a nikdy je nedoplnil. V kabině nefungovala světla a nepřipadala mi cistá. Větrání také moc nefungovalo. Pri žádosti o náhradu za horší služby, než jaké jsou inzerovány mi personál řekl, ať napíšu email. Snažil jsem se dát provozovateli šanci. Na email nikdo neodpověděl a tak po téměř týdnu píšu špatnou recenzi. Nedoporučuji.

Ottima soluzione per chi vuole visitare Copenaghen in pochi giorni. È necessario spirito di adattamento, ma la soluzione è economica e la location centrale. Ambienti puliti e capsule comode. Bar al piano terra, personale gentilissimo. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit avec une amie, la capsule et les parties communes étaient conforme à la description. L'emplacement est idéal sur les quais nous avons beaucoup apprécié.MAIS l’hygiène est à déplorer…Seulement les draps et les taies d'oreillers sont nettoyées. Sous le matelas il y avait de la nourriture, des papiers de gâteaux et beaucoup de poussière, ce qui peut évidemment amener des bêtes à s'y trouver.Nous payons tout de même un service et il est inadmissible que l'hygiène ne soit pas respectée.

Stayed here a few nights, sleeping in the capsule was a total nightmare!!! Very bright light is ALWAYS on, there is no switch and the light comes trough the door, when closed. Also when you close the capsule, it’s unbearable hot in there, even when you turn the fan on. (FYI outside temperature was 13°C!!) Only 3 showers and 2 toilets for whole floor. Capsules are not even close to being sounds proof, you can hear everything, especially the peeping on keyboards with earplugs on is annoying. And when you think, you can catch a sleep till noon, you’re wrong.. there’s cleaning men playing songs on phone and the vacuum cleaner is loud. Also there is no locker, so you need to fit your baggage in the capsule, or leave it outside at your own risk. Sleep somewhere else, if you can!!

Beds are in tiny pods with next to no ventilation. Prepare for an extremely hot and low-oxygen sleeping environment. Also they only have 2 toilets for 30+ beds….terrible design resulting in large queues in the mornings/night and bad cleanliness. Only stay here if you are on a hardcore low budget but if you are you shoudn’t be in Copenhagen anyways as everything is expensive
