Lost one of my bags. 39 days past the statutory 60 day deadline for solving the claim and its I still not resolved, 99 days and counting. No customer support and false promises.

Avoid at all cost!

If you ask me what your worst experience is about your recent travel, I'd say flying with airserbia!!!We had a trip from Istanbul to Vienna with a 1 - and half-hour stop in Belgrad.The first flight from Istanbul to Belgrade had 1 hour delay!!! Which cause us to lose the second one from Belgrade to Vienna!!!Airserbia didn't provide us with a flight on that day and we had to stay in the airport for 1 night!!! Which was awful !!!I told them that I am pregnant and needed to go to vienna as soon as possible ! But they did not care about it!!!The other worst part is, after 1 week arrival, we still don't have our luggage!!!!!Airserbia said they would check in our luggage to the next flight themselves ! But still nothing!!I don't know how should I have my luggage, I have some of my important medicines in it!! I need them!Really don't recommend it, even for a short trip!!!

It has been now one year for me sending them emails but they are not respondingWe preordered food for our trip ( before Corona) but we got nothing on board !SO DONT ORDER FOOD IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH THEM , you will lose your money

The check-in procedure at Oslo airport is way too long. The connection flights are often scheduled very tightly and they do not improvise for small delays. As a result, we missed one flight and were close to missing another one. Finally, I made the mistake to book seats online. When I checked in at the airport, the employee said that the seats I had booked had been given to someone else, and so I should contact the airline to request refund. I did contact them twice but I never received a response, other than the automated reply we have received your email and we will get back asap". What kind of company that is really
