Only 1 person checking people's Covid tests and it's the same line as luggage check in. The whole terminal has slowed down to a crawl with people missing their flight.Highly unprofessional

Can't give much more than 2 stars as my connecting flight was cancelled which meant I had to buy a ticket with another airline or wait the next day to get home. Not what I wanted after 7 days away on work. On the other hand, the staff were very helpful and did their best to recover a poor situation.

Generelt god service og rådgivning. Personalet er flinke til at hjælpe en og altid smilende. Priserne på flybilletter er dog for høje efter min mening. Men ellers er jeg godt tilfreds.

Thursday the 5/7/2018 at 6-6.30am I wanted to check in with my mom at your SAS counter NUMBER 36 at Copenhagen airport.The MANAGER MARLENA interrupted an interaction with your employee at the counter to inform about our luggage being too big. I said it’s because the double zip is on and once that is zipped it wouldn’t be a problem fitting into the required sizes. As so the luggage weighted around 8kg so it weren’t full at all. I zipped the double zip and it fitted into your model of measurement just perfectly. This manager of yours, Marlena, was very unhelpful and very disrespectful afterwards. She’d say that the luggage cannot be accepted because it was sticking out (due to the fabric of the luggage) just 1-2 cm more than the metal defining the measurement. It thought it was utterly RIDICULOUS the way she was treating us. I said she didn’t need to be that strict and that I wanted her name. At first she didn’t give me her name and then SHE DENIED US FLYING!!!! Saying she’d either call the security or we’d let our luggage stay back!! SHE WAS THREATENING US! How can you have A MANAGER like that! And then she took the passport and boarding pass from us!!I said we’d wait for security then. She said she’d called the security, now all cameras are on us. I said fine, that’s perfect then they can see how you’ve behaved. The security came and your manager said that I was having an attitude (she was being personal with me, that is not on!) and that I wasn’t complying to your rules. I tried to let the security know about my version of the case but she denied listening.The Manager Marlena then said, either YOU LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE HERE or WE’LL NOT LET YOU FLY!!This is illegal in all ways. I will ask my solicitor to file a case against you - SAS.What a shame that you’d be representing a Scandinavian airline - where the service is always the top priority. Not on yours airlines, since you have managers like that!!:/

I do my 100 flights p.a., and the question remains, does SAS even understand the term customer service ? I have been to Copenhagen two times recently, and not once was an employee in any way trying to accommodate and even respond to my questionsWhy this carrier is a part of Star Alliance, who knows, they maybe pay for the marketing, but they certainly have shown that by making two suitcases completely useless, one on each visit, not responding to the filed complaints, stating things like,SAS does not have customer serviceSorry, that is your issueThat people like Anders Petrinis SAS head of customer service, might want to reconsider what he and his department are actually offering to customersIf you can take any airline but SAS, literally any airline is better than they areCheers and safe travels

Total Desaster with SASWe had two flights from Hamburg to Kopenhagen. The plane was old, noisy and did not feel safe. They put us standby, although we booked the flight 4 months in avance. Everybody in this airline is incompetent.So never ever SAS!!

Was accompanying my mother to check in a flight to Shanghai. I did the self-check-in baggage label and boarding pass printing on the kiosk, about to drop the baggage with self-service, but was told by an employee that flights to Shanghai must go onto a check-in desk. We then went to the queue at the desk. After explaining the situation, the guarding employee let us go initially, but insisted that we could have, and should have used the self-service baggage drop. I said okay
