Great place to drop your luggage if you are visiting US embassy, as they don't allow bags with laptop etc. Price was very reasonable (paid about 6.5 euros), The owner was nice and friendly to talk to. There is no locker, you just have to leave your luggage to him after he scans your QR code. This is actually an electronic store and doesn't have the Bounce sign so a bit hard to spot if you are new. It is right at the corner of the street.

Standort gut zu erreichen, allerdings werden die Koffer mit einem Schloss in einer Ecke im öffentlichen Verkaufsraum gesichert. Kein separates Lager.

Réservation en ligne. Dans un kiosque, il ny a pas de casiers mais les valises sont placées dans le fond du kiosque visibles de tous mais attachées par un cadenas. Personnel sympathique"

Hat alles gut geklappt, Koffer waren gut bewacht u. versperrt.Der Souvenirshop liegt fast direkt neben dem Ausgang d. Ubahn Station Kongens Nytor und direkt im Zentrum Strøget. Gleich auf der linken Seite in der Østergade Nr.11

Simple and useful.Book online, go to the shop, they tag the bags, you take a picture of them and drop them in the storage.Since we booked until 16:00 we were told we could come to pick the bags up until closing time. (guess not many drop-ins after 16:00)

So convenient- unfortunately it was peak season and super busy so it felt a little inconvenient for the store to be interrupted with luggage storage but understandable and they did the best they could under trying circumstances

I didn't have a problem with the storage itself, but note that Bounce uses a dishonest review system: After you complete a transaction it asks you to rate it. If you select 4 or 5 stars it redirects you to Google Maps. If you select 3 or less it redirects you to its own site. So don't trust those 4/5 star reviews.
