We use PatentRenewal to administer 5 different patents in ca 40 countries.I can recommend them as fast and efficient.Any questions we have they answer very fast.

Used the service as the pushy sales team assured me they were competent, patents in my portfolio failed to be renewed on time by them which resulted in a loss of IP, luckily some of these patents are no longer required by our company.It really depends on your requirements as an IP owner if you are on top of your portfolio you can always remind them to act on time that’s if you can get through to somebody on the phone, it’s no different from renewing patents yourself. But be warned if your IP is truly valuable it won’t be insured by them, this isn’t a law establishment with adequate insurance cover it’s just a third party bootstrapped “platform” which is manually updated by an outsourced team in Hungary. See it as a fancy excel sheet for your patent portfolio but this is only as accurate as the people communicating with patent offices and updating the portfolio info on the backend, I had the horrible experience of finding out how this can go wrong. I have gone back to my law firm where my IP is safe.
