Unfortunately, I never got to experience a class from Institut Français.I had a call, and reserved a spot in a class one month in advance. In the registration form, they had sent they stated that one could pay up until the course would commence. However, I received a call five days before the course would start, explaining to me that I had to pay within 24 hours, or my spot would be given to someone else. I paid, then received a phone-call asking me to send screenshots of the receipts, which I did.I then received a phonecall later that same day, saying that unfortunately, my spot had been given to someone else.Following that, they agreed to transfer back the payment of the course, but they refused to refund me for the books I had bought for the course.The instructors may be fantastic at Institut Français. Unfortunately, I'll never know. But the administration is incredibly poor.
