A very good and wondrous shop and the owner/salesperson was such a helpful guy. He showed me how to get the tax refund online and only let me go once the process was completed. I would gladly come here again!

Really rude customer service, wouldn’t let me exchange an accidental danish purchased book to the English version. Bought the same book in English from the store, as if they couldn’t do an even exchange and sell it for the same price. Do not come here, all they care about is making money, not customer service. A lot of other good alternatives that care about their customers nearby. Stay away from this terrible horrifying store.
