Kommer for at hente min bil for at konstatere, at de har udlejet en bil til en anden i mit navn og med mine kontooplysninger!!!Jeg har lejet en bil og betalt online, fordi de reklamerer med, at der er 20% rabat. Tjekkede seks forskellige afhentningssteder med forskellige tidspunkter, men der var ingen rabat nogen steder.Jeg kontakter kundeservice for at forhøre om muligheden for at aflevere bilen et døgn tidligere og evt. så modregne et lille afslag mod ekstra kørte kilometer (som det heller ikke er muligt at købe i forvejen), men for blot at vide, at det på ingen måde kan lade sig gøre.Med tanke på alle de foregående episoder, synes jeg, at en smule kundeservice her ville være på sin plads.Det er meget skuffende, så det er ikke er firma, jeg vil anbefale længere - har ellers ikke haft problemer tidligere.

Sentiment de s'être fait arnaqué !A la restitution du véhicule, ils nous signalent des dégradations sur une jante qui n'apparaissaient pas sur notre contrat initial. Après discussion, ils acceptent de ne pas en tenir compte car ces dégradations semblent anciennes.Surprise, quelques minutes après avoir quitté l'agence, nous recevons un SMS nous informons d'un débit sur notre carte de crédit de 2000 DKK. Nous retournons à l'agence demander des explications, ils n'en ont aucune, promis juré c'est pas eux ! Sauf que dans la soirée, nous recevons un document par mail, en danois, avec la description du dommage ainsi que les sommes dûes ! Avec une signature qui n'est pas la nôtre ! Trop tard pour retourner à l'agence.... Et l'argent vient d'être débité de mon compte...Toute l'équipe de cette agence, et surtout Jakob, a bien profité de notre petit niveau d'anglais ! C'est de l'escroquerie, maintenant je vais perdre mon temps à me faire rembourser

Skulle havde bil fra budget fra den 6/5 til 9/5. Booket bilen online og betalt med det samme online. Kommer ned på Budget's udlejningskontor i Kampmandsgade den 6/5 til aftalt tid for at hente bilen , for så at vide at den kan jeg ikke får pga mit betalingskort kan de ikke bruge. Siger så af jeg for pengene tilbage. I dag den 15/05 er pengene stadigvæk ikke kommet tilbage. Dem kan jeg ikke anbefale at leje bil hos.

Rented a car for a weekend and didn't have any accidents or was close to other cars or people, since we went to a summerhouse at a remote location. The day after I returned the car I was charged almost a 100 Euros for a small dent in the license plate(invisible to the regular driver). I tried to write and call the customers service to explain that I did not make the dent, but they did not return my calls or emails. Two days later the money was withdrawn from my account, without my accept. This is the type of car rental experience you do not want to bother your life with.UPDATEAfter a month they returned my emails and gave me a full refund.

I was reluctant to rent from the Budget in Copenhagen due to the bad reviews. However decided to go ahead and book through the city location.The check in process was excellent. The trainee named Mohammed made great recommendations regarding parking and the tollway pass. He did ask twice about buying additional insurance though and I later questioned this as I will explain further.After returning the vehicle (less than 24 hour rental) I received an emailed invoice claiming I owed for damages to the car wheels. Totaling approximately $1500. I was in complete shock and remembered reading customer reviews stating this specific location was known to charge customers for damages to rental vehicles that they did not cause.Luckily I was still in the city and had to waste my time to travel back to the rental office and discuss the discrepancy I found in the invoice.I spoke to the manager and asked him if the same employees check the car for damages when the vehicle is returned. He said the same employees check the vehicle before the car is rented and when it is returned. I asked him which wheels were damaged and I was being charged for. He then showed me the picture.Luckily I did my research and made sure I took pictures before getting in the rental car. Low and behold the exact scratches in my photos prior to leaving the Budget rental office were identical to the marks they tried to charge me for.The manager had no explanation of why they were charging me for damages caused before my rental. He did say he would cancel these charges and made no effort in offering compensation for my time wasted and no compensation for the fraudulent claims.I was still charged my full rental and extra for the tollway device I used. If I had not taken photos I would’ve been charged for the damages they tried to claim I caused.I believe it is necessary for the Corporate office to look into this fraudulent behavior that has repeatedly happened to multiple customers. If I had taken the additional insurance I probably wouldn’t have paid much attention to the charges. Budget would’ve made the claim to the insurance then most likely would’ve had a fraudulent insurance claim. This location may have done this many times already. Since I did not have the additional insurance I was being charged directly for damages I did not make therefore I paid extra attention and was lucky to still be in the city. I m sure most customers already leave to return home and didn’t have an opportunity to speak to the office in person and clarify the situation.In addition, the agent that checked me in and issued me the rental car was there upon my return to the office however didn’t acknowledge me and it seemed he already knew why I was back to discuss my return even before I spoke to the manager. The agent seemed to avoid any eye contact with me which was quite different from when he issued me the vehicle.Business at this location seems very suspicious. Beware.

Amazing!! Witnessed this today. A person rented a car and luckily took full insurance (because we read the reviews). When car was returned, the customer service told that car had a brand new scratches! Well, as you can guess from other reviews, this was false claim, but as there already was a full insurance to this rent, customer service person registered this new" scratch to this rent. Anyway they seem to run some sort of insurance fraud in here"

Suite à un incident durant la location nous avons eu des frais de réparation. Notre assurance peut les prendre en charge mais voilà 3 mois que nous attendons la facture du garage. Aucune réponse malgré une lettre recommandée. Nous sommes très déçus et le service clients appelé à de nombreuses reprises est désagréable et inefficace. C'est la dernière fois que nous louons chez Budget, les autres loueurs feront mieux, sans aucun doute.
