I would never ever shop again and do recommend people not to buy.I shopped in Internet. It was very complicated to return items. It is written that „Hermes“ does not deliver to the Munthe office so do not send with it. So I went to the post office in Austria and sent it. However, it was not delivered to the shop but some parcel shop. Nobody goes there and pick up my return items.My items returned to me in Austria. And I have to pay extra fee for shipping.I buy items from other countries often, but this was my first experience that I could not return my items.Customer support kept writing me that it was my responsibility to read the return policy carefully. I did, and that reply does not make sense at all.
