Bei der Abgabe wurde das Auto nicht angeschaut, obwohl ich mehrmals darauf hingewiesen habe und ich keinen Schaden gemacht habe, die aufgrund von Systemproblemen. Kurz danach (1.5h) bekomme ich einen Schaden Bericht, denn ich nicht unterzeichnet habe mit der Aufforderung zur Bezahlung. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, Nie mehr Budget!

As others have stated, what you book is not what you pay. Many hidden fees. I was told I'd get my deposit back. Never did. I was told I'd get a partial refund for an early return. Never did. I was charged more than double what our reservation was. I was even charged twice for insurance. ***Very dishonest company!***

We had to wait more than hour and half to pick up our pre-booked car. Were told the tank was full, instead it was half-full. We were not given any instructions about returning, only the time limit. We were not familiar with the car (hybrid with automatic gear) but the manual provided was in Danish, I suggest to switch to English instead to help foreign customers.

I booked a car with this company before reading the review, so I was a bit apprehensive reading all these negative comments, but in the end I haven't had any negative experience. Paperwork in the rental office was quick, the price corresponded to the reservation. I paid the deposit and then picked up the car. I got a better car category than I booked without any extra charge. The car was clean, drove flawlessly and all scratches were marked in the handover protocol. The car return was also seamless, the employee of the rental company examined the scratches according to the protocol, checked the fuel gauge level and approved the return. The only thing I rate a little negatively is that it took a whole month to return the deposit. In the end, however, I was refunded the full amount, so I am satisfied with the rental company and would recommend it.

We requested a gas 12 passenger van and instead they gave us an electric 9 passenger van. They did not tell us it would be electric, so when the battery light started blinking I was very confused. I then had to figure out how to charge the EV with no instructions. I tried calling the location but after sitting on hold for 15 minutes I figured it out myself. The van also had no air conditioning vents in the back so my rear seat passengers were very hot.
