Had an absolutely amazing experience here. We met the owner who was absolutely lovely, so welcoming and friendly. The same can be said for our tour guide who showed us some amazing places we had no idea about, and told us all sorts of facts and information on Copenhagen. This is definitely something you need to do when visiting!

They rented our electric bike, paid in advance via Internet, to another person. When we arrived the shop to pick up the bike, it was in front of the store with other people seated on the bike. We entered the shop and told the gentleman “ that is our bike” and the guy didn’t do anything about it and just let the other people ride away. And he said and done nothing to stop our bike to go away. This was our most expected experience in Copenhagen , and they just ruined our 3 day vacation. Just ruined. Be aware of this shop. Go and rent a bike everywhere else, not here. If you want a good service, don’t come here. They ruined our holidays.

Bisa sewa sepeda 6 jam atau 24 jam. Yang 6 jam 18 euro. Cukup buat keliling kota, maklum kopenhagen nih kecil banget. Layanan ramah. Ngga perlu deposit uang, cukup kartu identitas apa saja, ngga perlu passport.

Relaxing jaunt around town. Jacob was relaxed and funny. Would highly recommend to get oriented in CPH.

My friend and I had our tour today! How lucky were we to be the only ones to book for that time slot. A private tour from an amazing guide, so chatty and informal, like talking to an old friend!! And he took us to places we would have never visited otherwise, recommend bars/hangouts/restaurants many from his own favourite places. And the other guys in the shop (I think owners/other tour guides?) Were so so welcoming and even gave us chocolates as it was my friends birthday (so sweet!). They told us that they had just moved locations and had great plans for the place you could really see the potential! The shop was lovely regardless and had such a warm feeling to it. Thanks so much again guys, it was the best part of our trip.
