WEARECPH

I was exploring in Copenhagen a year ago and went into an alley after seeing some people come out from it. WEARECPH had an outdoor sale. I bought 2 jackets and a shirt. I get complements all the time on the stuff I bought. Looking forward to purchasing more items from the store.

The jacket I ordered was average quality and the fit was terrible, very baggy in the back and too short despite being the right size. But worse was the service, emails unanswered it took a month and lots of calls to finally get a refund, first being told that return had been received 2 weeks earlier and the refund would be made within 24 hours, the next day being told that I had already been refunded and finally that I hadn't and that it would take another 10 days to receive the money. I asked for an email to confirm that the return had been received and that the refund would be made and was told that I just had to check my bank account and hopefully the money would come back! Probably the worst customer service I've ever received.

In terms of quality WEARECPH is the best clothes I’ve had. Hope they’ll never go out of business!Very good service as well. Made a claim on a t-shirt (only problem that’s ever occurred) and they made a refund straight away.
