I have been using DDS for about 3 years now.I do not know the availability of products, so even if I have ordered products that is out of stock, they are able to make changes to the product I have purchased.I am not good at English, but they have always been very kind to me and I would like to continue using DDS.They have a wide variety of professional products and smooth shipping.

Great experience with! I purchase from North America.The prices are unbeatable so I was worried about authenticity of the company but I checked and found it was real! So I did my first order and custom fees (charge in my own country) was not bad it was almost the tax we pay for purchase in our province, the products were all authentic and genuine for about 40% the cost if I purchase it locally. Also shippment was quick and follow up was very easy.Very helpful customer care as well.Thanks Direct Derma for that great service

I really wanted to like this company and work with them in future!Unfortunately I am very disappointed.Before I ordered from this company I asked them if it’s safe to ship the package to US and I received positive answer. So I ordered the products and never received them. When I contacted them they told me that the packages they sent to US are in custom and being returned back to merchant with no reason,and when they receive the products they will make a refund. So I waited patiently about 5 months trying to communicate with them by email but they kept saying they’re waiting for the product so they can make a refund.I never received my money back as of today and like I mentioned, I really wanted to like this company.Never again!I would never recommend this company to anyone!Good company should support it’s Castomer and be responsible, but this people are trying to lie to me every time that they’re still waiting for the product and they can’t refund my money because of their company’s policy!What policy???NO NO and again big NO to Direct Derma Supply.
