While I love their foundation I am disappointed with the customer service via their website ordering. Their website offers a free blush sample with purchase and when I received my order instead of the blush I was given an extremely dark shade of face powder. I am very fair so this sample is of no use to me and had I known what sample they were actually including with orders I would have waited to place my order. When I emailed customer service I got a superficial apology. It would be nice if they updated their online site to reflect changes instead of passing them off on the customer. I am very careful in trying to avoid unnecessary waste and it makes me sad to receive something that I can’t use and will end up in the trash.

Customer Service taking order and their customers not even serious. Bad service and snop like behavior.Paying and getting nothing not even a email answers in a normal time frame. Simply i call it fraud.
