Budget

Budget is my NOT my first choice in car rental, but they offered what I needed at a reasonable price.I rented a 9-seat van to drive around Denmark for a week with 6 other people. Biggest complaints: the A/C did not work, and no alternative van was available, and no service technician ever materialized. So six days without A/C in beautiful Danish early summer weather in a mobile greenhouse" with only two windows that opened.Second major complaint: the van was equipped with studded tires on all four wheels! These are tires that should only be used in winter
