I had the great pleasure to participte the CRMT Initial at Naviminds in Kopenhagen. The purpose was to do a renewal of my CRMT certificate. The 5 day course not did not only cover all the necessary topics (I come from the authority side ;)) but has been super interesting. The trainer team is highly professional, experienced, up to date and all of them are real human factors experts. I highly recommend the training for CRM Trainer rookies but also to already experienced CRM Trainers!This training was recommended to us by several persons, CRM Trainers and participants.. and to all of them: You have been so right! It was really great!

This was, hands down, the best course of any kind I’ve attended in my long aviation career. For years I’d been hearing positive and glowing reviews of Naviminds from industry colleagues. I feel lucky that I was finally able to attend the CRM Trainer Course two weeks ago. Happy to report that it did not disappoint. The cleverly designed content and skillful facilitation created a really dynamic, engaging and impactful program. I highly recommend it for any company or organization looking for a CRM course for your trainers or training designers.

Even from the moment of booking the course the positive energy was apparent to me.The first greeting at opening the door at he venue itself in the hart of Copenhagen confirmed this wonderful feeling instantly. I felt at home and understood immediately.I had the pleasure of doing this week of training with what can best be described as an exceptional group of 6 trainees. From the first sessions we could feel the openness amongst and between ourselves and the trainers.The trainers which guided us through the week showed competence and levels of both knowledge as well as experience in their respective fields of expertise at a skill level way beyond what is normally regarded as very high in the industry.Not only did they master their subjects in all variety and widely related matter way beyond the pure aviation part, but on top of all that managed in the process also to convey their positivity by example, as well as to install it in all of us by their effective actions and unfaltering ambidexterity. Our gratitude goes out to Suzy, Rikke, Sarah and Anne who orchestrated this wonderful “ symphony of energy”, for their in-depth empathy and support.On a personal note I was very touched by an unexpected surprise act of kindness and friendship today by the trainees.This weeklong course has “flown by” (pun intended) and left me on a high. I wished I could continue this with the same group for some more days.I do believe that this course is at a very high level well above the industry standards which I have come across and been involved with in my 36-year long aviation career. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is thinking of qualifying for this interesting subject.
