Welcome inside the death star. A place made of concrete steel and glass, with no soul, no oxygen, terrible migraine making acoustics.It's really a pity, because the fun mix of companies, many new entrepreneurs, is a great idea, and lots of good stuff happens there. A great improvement would be to give some love to interior decor, making it just slightly more human. It's all about small (affordable) offices and large open spaces, which is a very good idea. But the lack of natural materials in the construction makes the ambience and acoustics a disaster. Woodpanels (I mean actual wood, not plastic) on one wall, and a plant wall on the other side of the room/space, and you are almost good to go. And for the love of God, give the place a paint job, inside and out.
