I had an issue with my speaker that started to go out , I contacted their customer service and within a few hours got a reply and a shipping label to ship my defective unit for further inspection and a few days later they are sending me a new unit .Their customer service is amazing and so are their speakers!

I recently bought a new Helsinki - one of the most expensive and best performing portable speakers on the market. It worked for one week and stopped working. Vifa customer support has disappeared.For expensive item - whose tag line is YOU HAVE CHOSEN WELL" - it is a joke. Here is customer support post from 5 days ago - zero response.Helsinki not working - brand new just delivered.AvatarId #1552 Status openNickmarlin5 days agoIf you see previous post - this speaker arrived and worked perfectly. Then the charge light did not come on when charging and the speaker would not work. The blue light would stay on only for a moment and now it nothing happens when you plug it it. Betina has sent me a new charger however this has not changed anything. So speaker still does not work. Could you tell me what we can do as it is very disappointing after being so happy with the product. Id #1552 Status open Thanks"

I own a Vifa Helsinki, Copenhagen 2.0 and Stockholm 2.0. There are some of my favorite speakers I've owned, certainly my favorite Bluetooth speakers. To put it plainly they sound great. They feature true bass and treble, instruments sound clear, voices come through as they should sound. These speakers actually sound better the louder you play them. I'm not going get into the nitty-gritty, I am just going to say if you are an audiophile-type and are looking to get some Bluetooth speakers: you need to checkout Vifa. The first version did not have stellar battery life but the V2 Copenhagen is much improved, still not 20 hours or anything crazy, but it does last me a work day.There are videos on YouTube comparing them to other speakers. You can hear pretty accurate recordings if you know where to look. Nine mine name droppin...I also have to say that the customer service is world class. I've never delt with such kind, helpful and wonderful people. I had a issue with a speaker and they really stepped to the plate and helped me out. They can stand behind the product because it is simply that good. I want to say thank you to Mr. Daniel Woods who is on the service team here in the United States and a thank you to Vifa for putting out such a good product that I can enjoy with my whole family and friends.The last thing I'll say is: no, these are not my first or only speakers. I own a vast array of speakers I have B&Os, B&Ws, Kefs, HK, Klipsch, Denon and a bunch more. I know what music is supposed to sound like and apparently so does Vifa.Sound Quality: 9.5 / 10Design : 9.0 / 10 (subjective)Battery life : 7.0 / 10 (Copenhagen V2)Versatility : 10 / 10 (plays all music well)Longevity : 10 / 10 (0 degradation)I've included a picture of the Vifa(s) #realcustomer

I had the Vifa Copenhagen for 2 years. It started to have battery issues, and because mine came with a 3 year warranty, I contacted Vifa Denmark. Within 2 hours of my first email I received a response from Bethina. She was outstanding! She wrote back and asked me a few questions regarding my issue and asked me to send her my receipt. I did both and she wrote back the same day letting me know she would be reaching out to Vifa America and will have them contact me. On the same day I received an email from Daniel at Vifa America and he was very helpful. He sent me a shipping label so my Vifa Copenhagen could be returned to Vifa for an inspection. I received an email a few days later letting me know that Vifa would be sending me a new Copenhagen 2.0!! I've since received my new Copenhagen and couldn't be happier! I just want to say that, from beginning to end, Vifa customer service was top notch! They responded to my email right away, and the whole process was painless. When you spend that kind of money on a speaker, you kind of expect great customer service and that is exactly what I received! THANK YOU, Vifa!! A lot of other companies could learn something from you! Thank you for taking care of me! I love my new Copenhagen 2.0 speaker, and your GREAT customer Service! You have a huge fan in Florida USA!!

These speakers are awesome from every angle. They have great sound quality with just about every connection available and they look incredible. That Scandinavian design that we all love is loud and proud in these speakers and they are really set apart. Have had such a great experience with support from both Denmark and from the US based support. They have been very helpful any time I had a question or an issue come up. I'm very impressed with how they stand behind their product. Such a great investment. If you love music and love great looking gear that you'll get complemented on over and over, then definitely buy Vifa speakers.

I have owned Vifa Products since about the year 2000. I have used their drivers with success. More recently, I purchased a Copenhagen and Stockholm units. Both sound great and had good connectivity.Recently WiFi stopped working on the Stockholm. I contacted technical support and after streamlined troubleshooting I received a label for a return for inspection. The unit was quickly determined to be non repairable and a new upgraded Stockholm 2.0 was sent. The unit has arrived in flawless condition.This is one of the best costumer service experiences I have received. I was not subjected to endless nonsensical troubleshooting and the way the problem was addressed exceeded my expectation. Huge contrast with the time my Sony TV stopped working. I spent about 4 hours on the phone troubleshooting with different people and in the end received a refurbished unit.Special thanks to Daniel Woods at Vifa who helped me through the process. He was answering emails promptly, even outside regular business hours.Vifa has my business going forward. Highly recommended.
