Fabulous pilates/TRX instruction in either a sweet studio near Ordrup station and in nice weather, on Bellevue beach (across from Klampenborg station). Pernille runs a challenging class with lots of variety, focus on form and small adjustments. One of the best pilates instructors I have had in last 15 years. While the class is in Danish, she accommodates English speakers. Beach pilates followed by a chilly ocean dip is the perfect way to clear your head and prepare your body for the day.

An important result of my weekly pilates training with Pernille is my firm core preventing me from falling over and tripping over things and steps, which was a painful habit I used to have. Also, on long walks and hikes and high stairs, I'm always reminded to use my core to move on easily.
