Very quick and prompt responses which gave us very good first impression.We had rather urgent request for apartment deep-cleaning before moving in on short notice, but they were very accommodating, and price quotes were provided promptly after video consultation of the apartment.Price was fair, and we were very satisfied with the end results. Our apartment has very high ceilings and largest windows, but they knew what they were doing. Upon inspection post cleaning, they accommodated minor additional requests we’ve made which weren’t even covered by the agreed offer.I had further followed up on 2 additional inquiries after the service completion, one on particular request on invoice and one inquiry on particular cleaning product they have used. Again, both times answers were received very quickly, even though they did not owe us anything and could have just ignored our requests.We’ve contacted multiple companies, and most just ignored our initial inquiries. I am glad they did, as I ended up going with these lovely people. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for proper cleaning of apartments/houses.
