Excellent car and fast handling of both pickup and delivery of the car. Prepaid rental but was charged additional fee without any explanation and AVIS customcare still after 13 days have not responded on my request for why this charge. Car was in excellent condition as per pickup, clean and filled the delivery location petrol station. Watch your money!

New building, great service. I put in an online order for their biggest car (Skoda Octavia) just minutes before I arrived, in their last opening hours. Got a Toyota Corolla Touring instead. Which was quite a bit smaller. But can't really blame them with the last minute booking and them having few cars left. Price was quite acceptable for a last minute booking.The car it self was rather new, and very clean. Even the winshield was clean inside. All damage on the car was already marked on the contract, like it should be. Even minor/hard to see stuff.

Great service and serviceminded personell

Ordered a manual car but was advised at the collection point that they only have automatics. They do not stick manual cars in any size. This option should not be in their website if it isn’t available.The car had in built Satnav so this should not be an optional extra you are charged for
