We booked Q-Park online. Big mistake!Day of arrival:I had to push the service button az zhe entrance for having access. Nothing happened :-(So took a ticket and wrote an e-mail to Q-Park.Day of departure:I had to push the service button again. The first member of staff rejected my booking code and recommended to pay again. Otherwise she won't let me pass.I tried again and the second member of staff accepted the code.After 30 minutes discussion I left Q-Park :-(

To start with the positives - the online booking worked very well, it is very clean and relatively cheap compared to other parking garages in Copenhagen. It also has direct access to the Scandic Hotel. Unfortunately, the entrance is already a disaster for vehicles over 4.5 meters. No idea who planned this but already the first turn requires at least two maneuvers and a good overview. Without a rear view camera you are lost in this parking garage. The descent to the second level is also much too narrow and can only be managed in two or more moves. The parking bays themselves are also narrow, but this is rather the norm in Copenhagen. It gets really tricky at the exit, which is at a right angle immediately after the barrier and is so narrow that the walls are marked with countless scratches. How you can plan a parking garage like this is an absolute mystery to me - and I am a very good driver and am lucky enough to have a 360 degree camera on my car. If you love your car or want to save yourself a half nervous breakdown, you should rather park on the grounds of the meat wholesale market right next door. This is even free of charge.Warning – If your car is longer than 5 meters DO NOT BOOK THIS GARAGE! You will not be able to enter it and your money is gone.Addition: There are several answers from Q-Park mentioning building differently was not possible due to structural features. However, this cannot be the excuse for screwing up a driveway like this. It is simply impossible for vehicles over 5 meters to enter the garage and without a rear view camera I would not recommend anyone to park their car here. If structural restrictions mean that a garage has to be planned in this way, it might be better to leave it alone - especially if there is a large parking lot right next door.
