BoConcept A/S

I bought a table in October 2016 in Helsinki, Finland from BoConsept.In the middle it has a mechanism to lengthen the table. We used the longer version of table Xmas 2016 and then it worked well. The second time we used it the last Xmas 2021 and were not able to make the table short again. I contacted BoConcept in Helsinki but they were not willing to help us in any way. Very disappointing that the mechanism worked only once. And very disappointed at the services of BoConcept in Helsinki.

Very disappointed .we bought a sofa in October boconcept Graz. It was delivered damaged with a hole in front. The sales associate told us to keep it and she will have it replaced. We learned that only the bottom part will come, know that run of fabric can be different we expected we will get q full sofa replaced, the pillows have also been very poorly fabricated. Today December 18; we learned that we will only get the front board exchanged and pillowcases. Is this the quality and customer service of Boconcept,, We used this sofa for only 4 weeks in Graz. Very very disappointed.

Disapointing customer service. I bought a chair that fails due to a quality issue with its base. Asked for service on the store in Bogota and the answer was that the chair was discontinued and they can not offer a solution. Very disapointing brand and customer experience. Will never buy anything from this brand
