Varmekontrol

I was lucky to speak Danish that was good enough to overcome the language barrier and managed to make an appointment. Unfortunately, the worker did not show up. When I called the administration, they told me that the worker was there but expected to find an opened main door (which is not locked during the day, he just had to try). The worker did not feel like giving me a call either, even though the administration asked for my number when arranging the visit. Poor service that makes other people waste their time.

Det er simpelthen ÅNDSVAGT dårlig service. De svarer ikke på henvendelser, måske er de gået konkurs. Kunne man dog bare slippe for det firma. Deres indberetningsløsning" er konstant nede

Utrolig dårlig service.D.d. er jeg hægtet af tlf. 4 gange indenfor 10 minutter.Er blevet lovet et opkald for mere end 2 måneder siden.Hvor bliver det af ?

Tager 875kr for at flytte og siger det er ligesom at købe en liter mælk i supermarkedet hvor kasseassistenten skal have løn for arbejdet. Som om at det kunden der er ansvar at betale for medarbejdernes løn.

I was contacted by Vivabolig and they told me to schedule an appointment with Varmekotrol regarding the change of heat meters etc. I called on their phone and both times they just hung up on me. This is just ridiculous. I'd understand if the person didn't speak English, but then he/she could at least inform me.

I called them several times and they always hung up the phone when I spoke English. Then on the 6th call when I finally reached them we made an appointment with Varmekontrol on Monday next week. They were supposed to come between 11-12. I was home the whole day waiting for them and they didn't come at all. Next day I tried to contact them again several times and the same as before when they heard that I spoke to them in English they hung up the phone always.A company with Bruttofortjeneste" above 30.000.000dkk and they have such an amateur customer service"
