I have bought a ticket. Had lots of problem to cancel it. This travel agency does not have proper communication channel. Does not care about current costumers. Does not provide proper cancellation policy.

Fast and efficient service. The staff was helpful and accommodating. They provide real time service on WhatsApp as well, so all the aspects of the booking could be checked and confirmed.I generally book my trips and flights directly, however since I needed the perk of additional luggage I chose to go with them.Before finalizing the booking they actually double checked if my plans are final so they book the lowest non flexible rate or in case I needed flexibility they suggested to book a more expensive yet flexible rate.Bonus was they got me really good seat with allocations that I wanted long before the flight.

Looked good! Mostly cheaper flight prices!
