Aún estoy esperando que me contesten el email que he enviado (a la misma dirección que funcionó cuando hice la reserva de la bici), porque me han hecho un cargo extra de dos días en mi tarjeta, más de 200€. El problema ha sido que el día que tenía que devolverla me he demorado. Me he comunicado por email una hora antes avisando que había tenido un inconveniente, y convenientemente para ellos no me han contestado. He seguido las instrucciones del pre-contrato donde explica que se debe dejar atada, avisar y sacar foto. Robaron de mi tarjeta y aún no contestan mis mensajes.

Your credit card informations are not in safe hands with rentabike.dk. They withdrew extra money from my credit card without any verbal or written agreement nor invoice after renting their most expensive product (electric family bike). We found out by accident when we looked through expenses. I tried talking with the company as we did not ruin or damage the bike, but they feel entitled to stealing our money as they helped us with the lock that we couldn’t open and we couldn’t return the bike as it weighs +50kg. We even told them that the lock had worked fine prior the same day, but because the lock was not broken when they helped us they decided to want extra money without letting us know. We thought they were just offering good service, but instead they stole money from us.When i call them they are interrupting and raise their voices and just in general not service minded people except for the young guy handing you out your bike.

Had to wait over 45 minutes to even get attention from the staff. Several other customers standing in a line to pick up their bike reported the same. Look for other rental facilities in town, this one is not the one you want to use.

I rented a Christiania bike and an adult bike in the spring for my family, and from the very beginning, it was a series of disappointments and inconveniences....First and foremost, the customer service at Rentabike was abysmal. Upon arriving at the shop, I was subjected to an long wait of over 1 hour just to obtain the two bikes I had reserved. Clearly, they have absolutely no regard for their customers' time or schedules. This level of inefficiency and disorganization is inexcusable, especially in a city like Copenhagen, where time is of the essence for travelers.To make matters worse, the Christiania bike they provided had a critical issue with its steering. This indicates a total disregard for basic maintenance and safety standards. It was evident that their supposed bike mechanical checking process" was nothing more than a facade

Don't do business with Rentabike.dk.Their rental scheme is a scam. It starts ith the outrageous basic prices for renting a bike. Then, immediately they add an extra 25% tax plus a service fee to it. So you end up paying more than 300DKK (40 euro!) to start. But it gets worse, because for this amount you get the frame, two wheels and a saddle. Although they advertise a fully equipped 'premium bike' on their website, they will charge your creditcard without communicating for a chain lock, a basket (shown on the image on the website!) and lights. Huge amounts again, by now you could have found a decent second hand bike for the same price.Bottom line: AVOID. They mislead and discredit cycling. There is plenty of good rental options in Copenhagen, with well equipped bikes, friendly service and decent pricing. Rentalbike.dk is definitely not one of them.

Fietsen lijken goedkoop. Eerst 88.50 Dkr. Na 10 dagen wordt er nog een bedrag van 229 Dkr afgeschreven voor 2 fietsen. Fietsen zijn matig van kwaliteit. Regelmatig doortrappen.

Arrived this morning to pick up the road bike I had reserved (and paid for) only to find that they didn't have one. They didn't even tell me, and when I noticed that the bike on the stand they were preparing for me had flat handlebars, they claimed that they had given my bike to someone whose first bike had gotten stolen. No apologies, no offered refund, no offers to fix the problem with a different bike (up/down frame size? Give me a higher price point one since they didn't reserve what I paid for?). Ended up taking the bike because I had already promised a friend I'd do a long ride, but definitely not looking forward to 80km on a bike with a completely unexpected geometry.
