Scandic CPH Strandpark

Stayed here for 4 nights after arriving on an evening flight into Copenhagen. We walked from the airport which took just under 20 minutes. Nearest bus stop is 5 minutes on foot from hotel and metro stop Kastrup about 8 minutes. We were assigned a superior room on the 11th floor with a nice view. There was a good amount of storage, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, a generous seating plus kettle and hairdryer.Breakfast was a good spread but got very busy and was often chaotic. There was also a portion of the seating area cordoned off.The bar was nice with great views. On one night the music was very loud and as our room was the one closest to the bar it could be heard well.We ate dinner once, quick, friendly service but a small choice of dishes.Reception staff were always very friendly and the room cleaning on request worked well.On our return to the airport we booked the shuttle bus which runs every 30 minutes during the day. Overall an enjoyable stay.

A very nice hotel. Very nicely decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. For an airport hotel, this one is close by, but a little far to walk with bags if the weather is bad.

Really nice hotel, walking distance from the airport. Great sea view, close to nice walking/running area.Not really close to any dining area, quite far away from city centre, however it's easy to get there by using a bus or a metro.

We recently had a 16-hour layover in Copenhagen and stayed at this hotel. We had a very comfortable room with a lovely view of the water. We also dined in the restaurant. The service was a bit slow but very friendly and the food was delicious. Try the roasted Ling or the burger. The menu does change but my expectation is that whatever they serve, you will find something to enjoy. It was a very pleasant stay. Also the complimentary airport shuttle was prompt.

Lækre lokaler og generelt ser hotellet pænt ud.Fik morgenmad samt frokost og det var rigtig lækkert og rigeligt med udvalg.Afsluttede med drinks i deres bar på øverste etage, god service, drinks og fantastisk udsigt.Hotellet er tæt på lufthavn, samt busser og metro mod centrum.Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor centrum så der er ikke så meget at lave lige ved hotellet iform af byliv, men Den blå planet" ligger lige ved siden af."

A normal Scandic - nice and fresh, but this one has a WOW location if you want to be close to the airport. Beautiful view from the window - a little harbour, the bridge, the sea and many planes landing and taking off.We got a free hotel transfer when we arrived (you have to call the hotel and they will come and get you), but the next day we just walked to the airport - only 10 minutes walk and you can't miss it.We will definitely come back!

The most expansive included breakfast buffet I have ever seen! It was delicious.As others have said, super hard to get dinner - no dinner staff. If you think there is a possibility you might want dinner make a reservation in advance

It is a nice hotel that is walking distance from the airport. The room is good sized. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection of breads, spreads, cold cuts, eggs and salads. The staff are helpful and friendly and gladly placed us in a room with a view. I highly recommend this if you don't mind a bit of walking from the airport during your long layover.

Room not ready when I checked in at 1130pm. Duvets not wide enough for bed. Old light fittings that were hard to figure out. Breakfast was very good. Nice view from room. Handy location for airport. Good shuttle service.
