Leah is one of the most experienced yoga instructors I've ever had. She is knowledgeable and gentle but challenges her students to reach their goals. I would recommend her classes to everyone.

Leah’s class brings a great joy to my life. She is so resourceful in working with my body. I have had great difficulty in other yoga classes because of limitations. However she finds ways for me to do new postures. Her work with the pelvic floor is especially helpful. I totally recommend her!

Leah practices precise positions and explains the benefits of even the smallest movements, making the yoga as beneficial as it gets. I sit all day at my job but I feel great after a yoga class! Leah customizes our classes each week to maximize the benefits and I can truly say she is the best yoga instructor I have ever had!! I have some minor back problems and am 67 years old and this precision yoga has helped me so much!! I would recommend Leah to everyone!

Leah is a fantastic yoga instructor! I participated in private prenatal yoga sessions via Zoom with Leah for several weeks during my third trimester. I knew Leah from originally taking her pelvic floor relaxation yoga class back in Tallahassee and I was thrilled to be able to meet with her virtually to prepare for the birth of my baby! She is kind, observant and will make suggestions as you practice to best meet the needs of your body. Even virtually she is incredibly attentive and observant and will challenge you but also make sure that you are moving at the correct pace for your body. Absolutely love her!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and journey with Leah. Leah's education, background, and personal journey in Yoga is invaluable to her students. The peace felt in her room and in her presence overflows to her students. I have been practicing yoga with Leah for over three years. She is passionate about proper form and good technique. While other teachers might push you to athletically achieve poses, Leah focuses on proper alignment and technique. She is kind and gentle in her approach to teaching and is always very professional. Leah has been instrumental in helping me find comfort in silence and breath. She is also an amazing resource for those interested in yoga for pelvic health. Her pelvic health class is a must for anyone with pelvic floor dysfunction!

Leah is the most attentive and tuned in yoga instructor I have ever had. She is careful to note any injuries or special needs one has and is mindful to assist each person as the main class flow is happening. She is kind, knowledgable and motivating! I will never need another yoga instructor as long as Leah is offering her wonderful services to us all!

I am taking private lessons with Leah and she is a fantastic yoga teacher of the highest league!! Her lessons are versatile and she can easily adapt the practice to your needs and abilities.
