I lost my glasses while on a trip to Copenhagen and the folks had my prescription lenses in stock and were able to get me a new pair within literally 2-3 hours. They were friendly and helpful every step of the way (shout-out to Ioana)The glasses themselves were also actually really nice and decently priced even with the additional same day service fee
