Arguably the best-smelling store in the world. Every Aesop boutique might be different, but no matter whether you are in Sydney or Copenhagen, the staff really do care about your skin, so if you’re particularly interested in a product they will give you some testers to make sure it works for you - a very important thing for people with sensitive skin. Love it.

A small but cozy and nice shop in Copenhagen. When you enter the smell is just divine and the girls at the register are so nice and helpful. I went there just out of curiosity and to see the design of the store but got myself a scented memory of the city. This woody perfume is the smell of wintery Copenhagen for me now. Loved the store and the products

Beautiful soap shop with organic and plant-based products. A very wide variety of products and smells, for home, body care, hair care, beard care, and more. Presentation and packaging is excellent. Prices are quite high to be honest.

Love the brand and the products but had a dreadful customer service experience. I opened a bottle to smell the scent and it was promptly snatched from my hands by the sales clerk and put back on the shelf. I left feeling very weird about the aggressive treatment! Shame.

I didn't buy anything but was still treated so well. I was fascinated by the store design and walked in. I asked if I could take a picture of the store. I was not only given with the architect's name who designed the store but he was really knowledgeable with other Aesop stores so well. I thought it was impressive that he seemed to know inside out of his company and I always trust ppl who really know what they are working for. Thank you for such a great experience!

Not the most welcoming and professional atmosphere from other Aesop locations in the world, wasn’t even asked for samples to take home or to check my name in the system. I’ve been a loyal shopper of Aesop for almost 10 years and this location left me uninspired about the product. The design and layout of the store is also a bit bizarre and makes it difficult to move around especially with so many employees working there. Should be between 1-2 employees in such a small space. Could use a remodeling.
