Simple and realiable. Left a luggage for 4 hours, and had no problems taking it back

The guy was super nice, however all the bags lay on the floor at the shop, so there is no barrier for anyone to take it if employee is not paying attention. At the pickup I was not requested to declare any document to my luggage, I could possibly take a different bag if I wanted.

Grundsätzlich hat alles sehr gut und einfach funktioniert, Buchung über das Internet, hingegangen, Koffer abgegeben und danach wieder Koffer abgeholt. Lasst euch nicht vom Äußeren des Shops abschrecken - es sieht ein wenig chaotisch aus. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great experience and the person at the kiosk was very friendly.

It's very hard to find the shop, where you leave your luggage. There is no sign or logo of the luggage storage company, so it is really impossible I would say. It took us approx. 20 minutes and at the end we called the support. For everybody who reads this, there is a picture of the shop posted below this review. Once we found it, I just showed the confirmation email, no name or anything was needed, strange. We were then taken to the back where we were supposed to leave our luggage. I expected at least shelves, not just an instruction leave it there in the corner". The bags weren't tagged or anything. I took a picture of the shady room where you leave your belongings

Quick and easy

Everything went smoothly, but it's kind of awkward that the bags are not even labeled in any way. You just walk in, show the confirmation email, drop the bags on a shelf and then pick them up. I'd expect at least some control of who's picking what.

It was fine. We stored two large cases used to carry folding bikes for a week while we cycled in Sweden. The people in the shop were friendly and polite.
