The hotel is clean and a nice deal except they don't have mattresses. They use a box spring with a pad on it. So if you stay longer than a night, you'll be in pain. Next time I'll spend the extra bucks and sleep much better

Rooms are on the smaller side, just right for one person. You can hear your neighbor, but not to the level that it is a big issue, just slightly.Beds are decently comfortable, I could do with a wider and longer blanket and second pillow.Breakfast bufet was very weak. Same choice every morning, rather underwhelming. After few days I rather got breakfast outside.Quite centrally located, which is really nice. Good neighborhood, plenty of restaurants around to select for dinner.Overall decent for a business stop, but nothing special.

I strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel based on a recent encounter with their abysmal customer service. When reaching out via email regarding a concern, the response received was not only unhelpful but shockingly dismissive, stating, 'future e-mails regarding this case won't be answered as this answer is final.' This level of arrogance and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly appalling and speaks volumes about the hotel's utter lack of professionalism

Visited during a business trip and spent one night there. The hotel is OK, rooms are big enough for one person but would feel tight for two people. Bed was comfy and location was good too

We loved our time in this hotel. It’s a budget hotel so please don’t expect a 5 star service and pay budget prices. It does exactly what it says on the website. Location, rooms and staff were awesome and we had a fantastic time! Recommend big time!

If you are looking for a clean, no frills hotel in the heart of Copenhagen and in walking distance of public transport and most of the attractions on a budget you can't go wrong.Less than 10 minutes walk to Metro.Our Room was small (sufficiently large to sleep, shower and rest), air-conditioned and clean. The room was on the 5th floor and not on the street side and quiet.

Good value for money, the rooms are right for the price paid, location is great.But what really made this a positive experience was the staff, with a particular shout out to Niklas at the front desk who gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever had from front desk in any hotel. We arrived to the hotel around 1am under stressful circumstances after some cancelled and rescheduled flights and were welcomed by amazing staff.Additionally, the breakfast is really good value for money, particularly for Copenhagen which is very expensive.Heads up that you do need to pay for anything extra, like bag storage, late check out, etc.

My main issue is with the room cleaning. One of the top 5 reasons for someone to stay at a hotel is that the rooms are cleaned, linens are changed, every day. I understand the “sustainability” rationale, but when the rooms are as small as they are, they should be cleaned every day.To have your room cleaned, you need to email into a specific address 24 hours before the clean. It is obvious this rule creates sanitary issues. It brings a dirtiness to the hotel that could be easily avoidable. What if a slob stayed in my room for a week before I came in? Am I really that confident the cleaners deepScrubbed the place after not cleaning it for a week? Just clean the rooms every day like a normal hotel. It’s worth it.

room is nice and convenient but it is noisy if u r on the street side. The staffs are great and the location super close to everything. U can walk from metro and bus stations. U can also rent bicycle to ride around, no fuzz, cheap and good quality bike with leg breaks.
