I just got a great shellac and manicure from Sofia. She really takes her time and makes sure you’re happy with the result. She is also very transparent about the products she uses and her pricing. I will definitely come back.

Although I visited this establishment four weeks ago, I have decided to leave this review after much thought so others can learn from my incident. It was my first trip to Copenhagen and I was excited to visit this spot as it had such positive reviews. I love to support smaller establishments and the place looked really cute. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like what was mentioned in the other 5* reviews. (e.g: friendly staff/atmosphere, nice)The service was not particularly warm, but I could deal with that. Everything was going well until she started on the base coat. Based on my previous experiences, the manicurist usually requests that I relax my fingers, so it is easier for them to work and adjust my fingers as needed. However, this seemed to be an issue here.Having traveled and done mani/pedi in Singapore, France, UK, and Bangkok, this was the first time I was being told off by the manicurist in front of another client and this was her exact words:Can you keep your fingers straight so that you don't 'touch' me"I find it extremely bizarre that as a manicurist
