My daughter got married in Copenhagen and I wanted to surprise her with some nice table decoration. The traditional route would have been flowers but I know my daughter is not that traditional. What to do? Then I thought of balloons. So I searched for someone who could do some fun balloons. With this I found Hey Balloons. Josephina was very responsive and completely understood what I needed. She made the perfect suggestion for a table decoration even including the names of the bide and groom on the main heart balloon. It stood proudly on the table and not only the bride and groom were thrilled, the rest of the crowd was as well. As a matter of fact the biggest problem later was, that my daughter definitely wanted to take this back to Germany. Because their flight had been cancelled they had to actually take a bus and train and guess what came along? Yep, the balloons! Packed together in a large trash bag, they arrived safe and sound at their home in Düsseldorf. Thank you Josephina for your wonderful service!

We had a absolutely amazing experience with the great service and support from Hej Balloons. 5 stars is not high enough of a rating. I am so impressed with their customer service. My niece turned 1 last week and I ordered balloons to surprise her on her special day. I live in the USA and Josephina and I coordinated via email (due to the time difference). She was so thoughtful, and she even offered to find a time where I could FaceTime in. The dog balloon was my niece's favorite gift and made her day. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Hej Balloon’s claim is: make people smile. Which is true. But it could easily be: make people happy. Recently I had the utmost excellent experience with Hej Balloons ever. One night before I desperately needed wedding balloons in the town hall of Copenhagen for the wedding of my brother, I contacted Hej balloons to see if they could help me. And sure they could! Josephina responded immediately through messenger and had wonderful ideas to make the impossible possible. Although she rarely had time to do so, she took great care with the communication, the balloons and the delivery. Everything she did was extremely nice, thoughtful, caring and trustworthy. I am more than grateful that Josephina was so involved and that she really made bride and groom (and their children) very happy. Both were surprised and loved the balloons! I hereby hardly recommend Hej Balloons if you ever need Balloons in Copenhagen - especially if you live in a different country then Denmark. No need to mention that balloons, delivery and payment process were extremely smooth as well. It was a wonderful connection with Josephina. Thank you a million time for this absolutely unforgettable and amazing wedding surprise!

Josephina is great! She was super helpful making sure the balloon bouquet was delivered on time for a surprise. The balloons were very nice and definitely created smiles.

I found Hej Balloons in a google search and I am so glad I did! I reached out through the Hej Balloons website and Josephina wrote back immediately. I only gave her about 24 hours notice, and she was able to work within that small timeframe to create and deliver the bouquet the next day. I wanted a flamingo theme, and Hej Balloons suggested a few ideas that were within my budget.Since I do not live locally (I am in New York!) it was important that Hej Balloons could deliver, and Josephina was very accommodating on the delivery time. She even walked it up four flights of stairs to bring it directly to my friend's door.Before delivering, Josephina sent me a picture of the balloon bouquet so I could see the finished product (the picture she sent is below). She also sent me an image of the card with my personalized message - and even the card had a flamingo picture on it!My friend LOVED the surprise balloon bouquet, as did her small daughter.Using Hej Balloons was a wonderful experience from start to finish - easy to use website (payment was done directly on the website) and Josephina was so professional, friendly, and easy to work with.Thank you, Hej Balloons, for helping me celebrate my friend's birthday from across the globe!
