Perfect for a longer stay. Quiet, close to tram, easy to find. Nice room with kitchen and all essentials.

Værelset er pæn og fin. Dejligt med køkken, køleskab og det hele. Og at der er vaskerum. Men øv når man er på stueetagen og man ikke kan rigtig lad vinduet eller døren stå åben, for ellers kommer lugten af cigaret ind fordi folk ryger lige udenfor deres værelser.

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is close to the tram and within walking distance of a Lidl grocery store. However, I was placed on the ground floor right next to the entrance and beside the parking lot. Thus, people tended to congregate there and talk which not only made it noisy, but made me scared to open the windows. Additionally, it is now 11pm and I need to sleep so I can catch my train early tomorrow, but there are 2 guys in the gym dropping weights which shakes my wall (because that’s the room they put me in) and there is no one on sight that I can ask to handle that. I can also hear the person above me stomp around every night and morning (not sure he sleeps), and can hear every conversation the person beside of me had. The walls and floor/ceiling are thin and I can hear EVERYTHING everywhere, including in the bathroom.

Minimum service rental, both short and long, property butchas all one may need (high speed wifi, free laundry, game room, gym, free bike rental, etc.). Cozy, clean, and bright rooms with a kitchen with a view.

I am staying here since oct 2022So in total for three monthsFew weeks back someone entered my apartment with keys at 2am in night. It was told by staff that there can be other keys and they are sorryNow today someone stole my clothes from the laundry machine. Be careful with your stuff in this place.Staff will not take responsibility of such things

This is the best option you might have when you need to stay in Aarhus. Clean rooms, great access to public transport. House service is good within very reasonable price.

Lidt dyrt men godt

I stayed at one of the apartments for about 2.5 years.I think that this is the best option with a reasonable price and perfect for a long term stay. There is a Nice modern nordic style furnished room with kitchen and a big bathroom.There are all essentials needed including pots and pans.There is a Big TV and fast internet.Good parking abilities. House cleaning service is good within very reasonable price.I can definitely recommend this place and five stars from my end:)
