My husband bought an apartment and hired Rambøll to do the report before moving in and on moving day. On the report before moving in they sent a student without letting me know - for full price!! The same student came on the day i moved in to check if things was fixed. He forgot to write that the floor was damaged when it was fixed. Then could not change it and now im stuck with damaged flooring in my livingroom. I wrote a complaint and after 1 month sent a reminder to give an answer, then Christian at Rambøll wants to bill me for the work with complain - about 4500kr!! This is so unproffessional to bill for complaint on job which is not completed!!!
