Det har været en fornøjelse at bo i studiebolig hos Vivabolig. Fantastisk service, søde, hjælpsomme og dygtige mennesker hele vejen rundt. Kan kun anbefale det til andre!

Jeg syntes ikke Vivabolig lytter til en, jeg syntes det er lidt til grin at man gentagene gange skal ringe ind og det man siger bliver totalt ignoreret

We moved out from a small apartment after 2 years of tenancy, with no overdue payments or any extra damages to the apartment. The company took our move-in deposit, threw huge stacks of paperwork at us, and is now trying to get us to pay almost 15000DKK(!), even though we kept the apartment clean and haven't driven a single nail in the wall.Be aware of the trick they are pulling. When you move in they make you sign an assessment of the apartment's condition, listing minimal damages. When moving out, they come into your apartment with high end photo and lighting equipment, take pictures of every single crack in the wall, then try to make you pay for the damages, among other things like previously not mentioned overhead fees.While living there I got several dozen payment notification letters addressed to people who didn't live there. It should've been a red flag.Yesterday we received another invoice of several thousand krone on top of all the previous fees, even though we're not even living there anymore. As a student I couldn't pay those fees, even if I wanted to. I'm getting a lawyer.

Du betaler overpris,, for en handicap bolig,, især hvis du er på den nye pension,, 6800 kr efter boligsikring,, føler mig til grin

En smule misfornøjet

Avoid at all costs, expensive rent and does not return any of the deposit even if you leave the place spotless and with no damage. As I see other had the same experience, I wish I knew especially being a student...

Sure don't recommend. I have tried to cancel my trial subscription 3 times before the trial period expired. I have gone through the same steps again and again, but i have never received any confirmation. After that i was just charged for next month. Because i have been still logged in since my trial, it counted as using, therefore I couldn't request the withdrawal either. Advice, keep record of the actions, because i didnt and now im being charged. Also extremely bad and unprofessional customer service.
