Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek
One of the best museums in Copenhagen. They have an extensive sculpture collection as well as a beautiful exhibition of french painters such as Manet, Gauguin, Renoir and Monet among others. The Egyptian wing is worth a visit too. Free entrance on the last Wednesday of the month.

Very pleasant place to spend a few hours. Had various exhibits from around Europe and Africa (including a comprehensive area about Egypt). Cool courtyard and very nice and calm inside.No crowds or line for me, although I did come on a weekday afternoon.Convenient to reach in Copenhagen, and near quite a few other main attractions.

Fantastic museum! Very large and plenty to see. Egyptian, Greek, Roman, French and Danish art to look at, can easily be here for 2+ hours. Beautiful museum and really enjoyed our time there.

I absolutely adored this museum! A must see for every “statue-interested-person”!There was a lot to see from paintings to statues to mummies!The food and drinks in the cafe were great with a pleasant atmosphere! Definitely worth a visit and don’t forget to plan enough time for your visit as I had only 2,5 hours to see everything and sadly didn’t manage

Relaxing atmosphere and is easy to navigate around the different areas of history. Very reasonable price to enter, lot of interesting artifacts to view and read about. I'm not a regular museum person, but found it very interesting after a hetic few days of concentration and this calmed my mind

Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek
Visited on the last Wed of the month, meaning the entrance was free. As I arrived early I didn't have to queue at all, but on the way out the waiting time was around 30 min. The museum is on 2 floors, has plenty of statues and a copy of the famous Little Dancer. There are lockers on the lower ground floor, they require a 20dkk coin to be operated (u can buy the coin on the spot).

a great visit to the museum. I was on the last Wednesday of the month and therefore had free access.I recommend the exhibition in the new area of the building about the history of the building.there is also access to the terrace with a view of the surroundings.I arrived close to opening time and there was already a queuekeep in mind that if you arrive with slightly larger luggage, you will be asked to put your things in the wardrobe. for that you need a 20 crown currency. or you can buy a special token (paying with the card) and later you can recover that token at the machine where you paid it, only to receive 20 crowns in cash

Absolutly amazing! Winter garden is such a beautiful place, quiet, relaxing, artistic. Collections are rich, interessting and I loved the multimedia content which makes any exibition far more fun. Great shop and restaurant inside. We used Copenhagen card, which I warmly recommend.

If your bag is above a certain size, it needs to be put in a locker which costs 22DNK. You get 20 back if you recycle your token when finished. Beautiful museum and really enjoyed our time there.

Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek
This is one of the best and a must visit site in Copenhagen. The atrium is absolutely beautiful and worth visiting by itself. The galleries and exhibits within were very unique and beautiful. We spent a good chunk of the day exploring all the floors and rooms. Definitely worth paying the high ticket price to experience it.
