Muito mau serviço, são pouco claros do serviço que prestam não especificam o que efetivamente temos direito na viagem.No meu caso comprei uma viagem com acesso à mala de porão nas medidas estabelecidas pela empresa e no check in e check out foi me cobrado o valor deste serviço, confrontados com a situação desvalorizam alegando que as medidas não eram as corretas, provando que estavam errados continuaram a desvalorizar não resolveram o problema até hoje, a atitude do colaborador foi péssima e o serviço também, com isto de certeza que nunca mais adquiro uma viagem por esta empresa.

I definitely recommend Tryp.com. My girlfriend and I found a nice trip here to Dubai-Abu Dhabi-Dammam, we flew from Budapest. The overall approach from their side was always fast and professional! Their online support is prompt and always ready to help. Additionally, I purchased extra luggage of 20 kg through their website, although due to some technical errors, upon arrival at the airport in Abu Dhabi, I was told that I do not have extra luggage and I have to pay for it. I immediately contacted Tryp support and they told me that I had to pay for my luggage again (it was Etihad) and that they would reimburse me for all the costs associated with it. I paid €400 at the airport and sent the invoice to Tryp, and the money arrived in my account the same day (I dind’t expect it that fast)! As I mentioned, they are very fast and professional and ready to help. I will definitely buy more trips through them! Recommend this site!
