We had a five course dinner at Urt Restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic. Given that the restaurant has only just opened the kitchen has already found its voice. We decided on a five course menu and since we we found it difficult to choose asked Chef Peter to surprise us of both the Meat/Fish" and the "Vegan" and he absolutely delivered. 1. The first course was an assortment of mushrooms with a fine cream sauce and herbs. It was delicious and very well seasoned. 2. The second course consisted of a perfectly and lightly marinated salmon(very puristic) with grated Northsea Cheese and roaste Ryebread crumbs. Very nice restaurant, nice ambient and very friendly owner.One of the few higher class restaurants that offer vegan dining. We had the eight course dinner with 4 glasses of wine. Very good for a night where you like to get some dishes that are out of the ordinary.
