Awful experience. Shop with no stock and no attention from sales persons (given that the brand sells itself). My wife had a luggage piece literally snatched from her hand by a sales person to be sold to someone else (it was the last one and we were going to buy It). So, if in Copenhagen, buy Tumi! ;-/

I am a RIMOWA fan and have a few of their cases.It's a premium brand, however, the service in this shop-in-shop is awful. The only way to call this store is through the Illum main line, and if you do, brace yourself for a long wait: After 35 minutes of waiting to speak to an operator I gave up!RIMOWA - if you read this: Tell your contracting party in Denmark to get their act together, they're spoiling your brand.

Worst customer experience - I would not recommend to go there.After the telescope stick of my suitcase was damaged, I went there and it seems that they don’t have a lot of spare parts there. They wanted to send the suitcase to Germany that I could pick it up in 4-5 weeks.Then I asked for new roles which I got but after leaving the shop, they fell apart as the gentleman did not pick the right screws. Instead of supporting me the situation got even worse.Then I was in the shop in Zurich where everything got fixed within half an hour

Very poor experience shopping for Rimowa in Illum. The had no stock (came specifically to buy the cabin classic). I ended up buying the Cabin Plus only to get it back to my hotel to find it completely scratched and bartered. Will be returning. Supremely disappointed.
