Kirstin is such a kind and loving human being. Further she has great knowledge about yoga, which she loves to share. Her studio here in Copenhagen is amazing. Great atmosphere and it got all you need for a beautiful yoga practice.

As one of Yoginess biggest German fans, I like to write a review. Yoginess offered a comprehensive range of courses for beginners and advanced students. A oase for body, mind and soul. Kirstins experience, her way of teaching, her positive charisma is what I miss!

In Germany I practiced Anusara yoga with Kirstin for several years and was extremely satisfied. She was wonderful on her students and taught us a lot. I can only recommend her, she is very empathetic and a very good teacher for all. It is a pity and unfortunately I can not do yoga lessons with her anymore.

A yoga class with Kirstin is always a different and great experience. Since I have been attending these regularly, my back pain has almost completely disappeared. She looks carefully at you and responds to you individually. I feel very comfortable with her way of teaching and the atmosphere invites you to to get your body and soul completely involved. The best yoga instructor I’ve ever met after trying out so many different classes. She is super friendly and yet very focused and professional, everything that you’d wish your yoga instructor to be. I can move my shoulders more flexibly and back pain has been impressively reduced thanks to her classes.My husband got inspired by her so much that he now pays more attention to his posture at work and lives a healthier life :) Thank you so much Kirstin!

Kirstin teaches a powerful yoga with beautifully alligned asanas that lead me to a profound relaxation at the end of each class. I really enjoy practicing with her as I can get in touch with the current moment and dive completely into myself. After a class with Kirstin I meet my daily challenges with ease and an increased awareness of my body. In addition, Kirstin is an experienced and authentic teacher and she incorporates this wisdom into every class :-)))

Kirstin is very knowledgeable and dedicated. At the time I had an issue with my hip and she immediately suggested a yoga stretching pose that helped release some of my pain. Her yoga studio is very cozy and nicely decorated, and you instantly feel relaxed and zen as you enter. Great yoga class and great teacher.

Really enjoyed my yoga session with Kirstin! Her classes are in small groups and she is attentive to everyone during the class. She corrected my posture and made sure I got the benefits from each pose.
