Lejede en lastbil hos Avis i Århus. Virkelig høflig betjening - efter at have lejet bil på mere end 70 destinationer, kan jeg rolig sige at dette er den mest kompentente, høflige og smilende service jeg har modtaget fra et biludlejnings firma. Den er i øvrigt utrolig nemt at komme til og fra, selv med lastbil.

Kæmpe scam. Lad vær med at bruge Avis med mindre du er klar til at betale overpriser for skader der allerede var på bilen (selvom billeder haves) og tilfældige beløb som ikke er fremhævet nogen steder. De har trukket fra vores kort flere gange. De tager ikke telefonen (hverken kontoret eller kundeservice).Gør jer selv en tjeneste og aldrig brug Avis.

This is by far the most unprofessional car rental company I have used in the past 15 years as an expat. That one office can collect that many incompetent people at the same time, with zero commen sense and totally brain less dealing with the most straight forward hire deal, is beyond imagination. A simple 3 month hire contract turned out to be a 4 different car nightmare, that had to be cut short by 3 weeks, as Avis needed the car back". This Avis office is not fit for purpose

Been a loyal Avis First Member for over ~15 years... this time I had to replace a rental car that was picked up at Billund Airport because it had a stale, fungus-induced smell, bunch of stains on two front seats, and unwashed exterior -- really sub-par of it being worthy to be rented at Avis. Unfortunately, the replacement car had the same smell though it was a better from stain and cleanliness from outside. Quite disappointed of this outcome...

Fantastic service, prices and cars. For the past many years I have used Budget at Gjellerupvej in Aarhus. Everything is just perfect, and if there is an issue, they solve it fast and with a smile. Its always a pleasure.

Unreliable scammers. They try to blame damage and smells on customers. I found out later that this exact thing happened to other people. They pick foreigners and our company stopped using them. They were good a few years back, shame.
