The Square
The room was fine, clean and we appreciated the mini fridge. What we missed was the possibility to make a good cup of coffee in the morning. The room had a kettle and rather bad instant coffee. Coffee in the lobby was dreadful and expensive. You had to book a cleaning for the room- first time I ever had to do that in a hotel.Overall it felt like a 3 star hotel, certainly not a 4 star.

Like most hotels these days, rooms are serviced only upon request. No big deal... If you request something they are on it right away. Our suitcase arrived after we did, they were able to lend us current converters for our electronics. Location is great, especially if you like Tivoli Gardens, pubs and food experiences.

Decent room, beds are hard, pillows flat. The one good thing is there is a mini fridge big enough to put a few bottles of water in. WiFi is garbage here though. It constantly disconnects and is VERY slow when it does work. I couldn’t do a work meeting from here if I needed to, let alone be able to watch videos or anything else online.

I had a wonderful stay at The Square Hotel in Copenhagen, and I want to highlight the exceptional assistance I received from the front office reception, particularly Camilla and Jamie. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any request were truly remarkable. I greatly appreciate their hospitality and would highly recommend The Square Hotel for a pleasant and welcoming experience.

Pros: Great location! On a central line metro, a walk away from many places. The breakfast is excellent! Really rich with a big variety.Cons: The rooms are super small, there's a super tiny fridge with 0 space.Overall, I would recommend.

Very central to visit all locations in Copenhagen, within waking distance of the train station and tube station. Tube network is quick, efficient, clean and easy to use as information in both Danish and English.Had a family room, decent size with double bed and fold out sofa bed (this was OK but could start to feel the springs towards the end of the week). Didn't spend much time in the hotel but clean throughout and staff were friendly and again spoke perfect English, request towels when required as not automatically replaced and could ask for more tea and coffee in the room when run out.Would visit again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Air con great. No room service option. Good buffet breakfast. Take ear plugs if you’re not used to traffic noise. It’s like staying at Piccadilly Circus. Great location with loads going on. All sites a so close. I recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Metro is just across the square from the hotel and is a short walk from the main central train station. Ideal for getting around the city and seeing the main sights. Rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Top Tip: for my British compatriots, take your own tea-bags.

My family and I stayed there a week ago. The location was excellent opposite a tube station great location for main train station and Tivoli gardens. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the breakfast so I can't remark on that. Highly recommended.
