They tried but it’s not as good as poke bowls from US. The rice is too wet, the salmon unseasoned. The ingredients are fresh and assembled nicely. Seaweed salad is seasoned heavily.Nice and friendly staff, seating indoors

Although the food was good, the preparation left us doubtful. We arrived during diner rush hour and because we had to wait a bit for our food, we had time to watch them prepare the food. The two staff preparing the food were unqualified and would need further training in hygiene and food handling procedures. Although they were wearing gloves, they touched all the ingredients, including known allergens (such as nuts) and the raw fish with the same gloves without using serving utensils and without changing their gloves in between (and we waited for at least 20 min and at least 10 orders were filled), including when they touched the fruit for the juices. This is unacceptable if someone has alergies or if someone does not eat meat/fish (vegetarian/vegans). Furthermore, although some of their dishes are specified at vegetarian/vegan, they used the same grill to cook the meat and vegan alternative.

Very delicious salats. The waiting time for orders is getting longer and longer though. Hopefully that will be improved soon.
