NOT delivering what they promisedI started with sending pictures and videos of my floor to different companies.Several companies returned with a price and when JI Gulv called, they used horrific seniors that everyone else are doing a horrible work and I shouldn't trust others. They also referred to being the best Gulv service in Copenhagen and doing a very large projects.Therefore their price was 3 times more expensive than the others.Due to the feeling I got from the conversation that his trustworthy I suggest a middle range price being only 2 times more expensive than the others, and he accepted the offer.I also told him to come out and look at the apartment which is only 35-38 m2. After several calls he send out a friend, and told me that what ever he suggested would be the final price.This friendly guy came by and he was already saying that the GI wanted more and about to raise the price. I should him the floor and he said 500 Dkk ekstra and every thing was than covered.I did told him that I think the first given price 7500 Dkk (without tax) was agreed and I think is fair enough. I was agreed that he will get back to me.I was closing the deadline for other renovation project and gi Gulv didn't get back. After several days attempts I finally got in touch. And now after almost 2.5 weeks he refused to the agreed job. And cancelled other services and was now under huge time pressure, because he knew that I wanted to have my family home again soon.In short they are not delivering the job, the timeline or the agreed price and also the criticism they give others work is not the best way staying in the business.
