Waiting time for an empty seat 45 minutes! 4 buses passes was full! Very bed service and unfriendly working people. Don’t ever have se this company again ☹️

Worst experience ever, they are liar, they wasted my time and my money (almost 100€ for 3 people) .The workers prefer to play or flirt with each other rather than giving trustful advice. They told us that they will bring us back to the ship, I ask them THREE TIMES if it was possible and other passengers ask them too. Yes, they told me but at the end we were left alone in the middle of the city and we had to pay public transports to go back to the boat and because their opening hour is so late we also had to pay for public transports in the morning. Also, some of their buses' audio guides don't work and their buses are so old that public transportation buses seems almost modern compared to them.

Take other lines, like Grey Line. Red Bus is quite bad.Red Line is ok, Blue Line and Green are so bed, buses Windows are covered with tour promotion stickers, not the best for a sightseeing.Other companies buses are more often.

Cette compagnie (redbuses) vous attend au pied de votre bateau, je vous la déconseille.Plutôt prendre un bus de ville qui part du port, pour se rendre au centre, et trouver une autre compagnie.Les itinéraires sont amputés, nous n'avons pas pu voir le quartier des maisons colorées, le bateau est parti directement a son point de départ.les bus sont difficiles à trouver et les horaires non respectées (valable pour les bateaux aussi)Quand nous avons voulu faire le bus (ligne verte) pour aller voir le zoo de Copenhague, celui-ci a emprunté l'itinéraire du bus de la ligne rouge. Du coup, pas de zoo.Certains chauffeurs sont limite peu aimables.

Do not use this tour. Very few buses, you will wait 25 to 30 minutes to catch it every single time and when you do the bus is already full with only a single seat here and there. All while watching 3 or 4 Stromma company half empty buses come and go while you wait. Red Bus is probably the worst of the dozens of these hop on hop off I have done. There isn't much info in the presentation. Many of the headphone jacks are broken. The water boat tour has a 45 min wait and is on very old rusty boats that only go to half of the route and places it says they do on the map.

Schlechte Tour... Nervige Musik...Es werden Teilweise Punkte angefahren an denen es nichts zu sehen gibt. Wenig Informationen über die Stadt.Der Rücktransport zum Hafen erfolgte in einem Heruntergekommenen alten dreckigen Bus

Ze geven een korting op hun rondvaartboot. Maar je komt nooit op die boot, lange wachtrijen en net voor je neus boot weg. En dan 1,5 uur wachten. Weer hetzelfde. Ze verkopen meer kaartjes dan plaatsen. Gewone rip-off logisch dat ze korting geven. De helft van de tickets worden niet benut
