Worst experience ever!The staff are rude and won’t answer any question.Many people could easily miss the bus because it could leave before the exact time or because the stop on the wrong slot!But to be honest the space between the chairs lines are comfortable.

Aus Sicht des Busfahrers gesehen schlimmer ist es nur in Paris.Die Haltestelle für die Fahrgäste ist eine Katastrophe Furchtbar und Unzumutbar.

Malo muy malo , es una calle donde paran buses y es todo , una confusión enorme, nadie a quien preguntar ; la ciudad hermosa pero Copenhague no tiene un Terminal de Buses formal como corresponde .

This shouldn’t be called a bus station, since it is like its antithesis, but this is probably the only point in downtown where you can grab the cheap buses that move inside Denmark and outside the country.

Awful bus stop! Dangerous, especially when you're here late, way too crowded, almost no possibility to sit, no toilets either. Really noisy due to the nearby railway and of course coaches departing and arriving.

Best experience ever! You will have a lot of fun here.You wait in trash without seat possibilities and don‘t know where to find your bus. No Information, No Gates, No Toilettes, No Kiosk, nothing. And when you want to get to the bus you have to cross a bicycle path with tausend of bike-rider. Thank you copenhagen, you beautiful city ❤️
