This company represent the engineering contractors for and equally unreliable company called Rational Windows. Neither of these company's can be relied upon. The receptionist was rude (Kelly) and completely indifferent to the concern I was raising. The receptionist was not remotely interested in my concerns about an engineer failing to attend an appointment already planned. As for Rational....... I would give very serious consideration to employing this company to supply any kind of windows and doors as these also are incapable of dealing in a satisfactory or timely manner any customer issues.
